The only reason to move into these apartments is the move in price with coupons, but once you don't get coupons anymore 630 a months is way to much. The maintanance is awful my speaker hasn't worked for a year they keep coming out to fix it say they do and still doesnt work. You get wall shaker ac units that just suck energy and don't cool a thing. The washer and drier are in a dungeon like basement that not even my fiancee will go down in, not to mention the drier only takes about 4 cycles to get anything dry(i have complained about this numerous time with no fix). Do yourself a favor for the price of these go get yourself something decent.
