i've lived at the landings since may and haven't had any problems... the maintenance guys came to fix my shower's water pressure the same day that i called it in, and the only time i hear my neighbors is when they play music on weekend afternoons... i haven't had any of the problems that other reviewers have mentioned... my cat loves watching the seagulls from the balcony. :)

I have to agree with this tenant. Although I am no longer a resident because I moved to another town I was at the Landings for 6 years and it wasn't nearly as bad as some people say it is. If it was I surely wouldn't have been there for that length of time. It's all in what you make it. Anna Graham
