Worst place to live

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I lived in this place for an year and planning to vacate next month. This is one of the worst place to live with best possible deals. You know why they are offering such deals ... Yes. They can't retain people. Don't be a next victim and best of luck with your search.
