THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY RUNS SMOOTHLY THROUGH-OUT THE YEAR. MANAGEMENT GET'S THE JOB DONE. MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, AND RESPONSIVE. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS CORDIAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THE GROUNDS ARE LANDSCAPED BEAUTIFULLY, WAYNEWOOD APARTMENTS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE. FOLLOW THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE LEASE AND YOU'LL HAVE A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE LIVING HERE! THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE ALL WRITEN BY ANONYMOUS WRITERS, COULD IT BE THEY ARE RESIDENTS, WAYNEWOOD MANAGEMENT DOESN'T WANT AT THEIR COMMUNITY'
