I lived in this complex for just over a year and was never once made to feel welcome or appreciated by anyone but the maintainence guys. The fat office broads could not have been anymore disgusting or jealous. When they decided to actually get up and do something, it consisted of yelling at the poor maintenance guys, screaming at residents, and just not being jolly, as fat people should! Instead of responding to any complaints made by residents, they started making their own, sending out rediculous little memos constantly about everything you can't do. The manager is a rude old bag, which isn't any better than her little helper monkeys, who are in desperate need of a reality check! I think the owner of this company should send someone in to secretly "shop" this place, maybe then there would be some changes when the report comes back with all negatives! Also, my rent increased by $125 in a 6 month time frame, with no indication that this was going to happen when I moved in.

I couldn't agree more, the ladies running the office were horrible. I don't think one of them ever had a good day and they took it out on their poor maintenance guys all the time. I always heard them screaming at them through their walkie-talkies, even when they were working in my apartment. I thought that there could have been an increase in professionalism! If anything those guys should be in charge, because they know how to make residents feel at home and keep the place going!
