Good Lord that woman is still the manager there' I lived in Waynewood Apts. eight years ago. That horrible woman evicted me & my husband for being late on rent. She gave us no notice what-so-ever. I had a 5 month old baby at the time. When I called her to ask her to give us 30 days notice like your suppose to by law she said I don't have to give you anything. We had to get everything out within 48hrs. or the maintaince guys would put everything out by the curb. She's very mean and very cold.
Waynewood Apts. look very nice on the outside...very nice landscaping ect. but the apartments themselves were cheap and nothing special.
