Not a very helpful one...too rigid policies on all matters...dont go for it

If you are in a fix over some problem dont expect any help from the waynewood society.Their policies are too rigid.First time you enter the leasing office along with a word of welcome they will hand over a long list of donts each of them accompanied by heavy fines.WHat I mean to say is that the sticks will come down more often than the carrots.Maintenance response is slow.takes usually 2-3 days.Electrical appliances dont work properly .Every month there is some problem or other.
