Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
first thing i like to mention about the staffs is that they think they are doing a great favor by giving you the apartment.The leasing manager is rude.She does not know how to talk.Its the best thing if you dont have to talk to her in your stay period.But unfortuantely you will have to communicate to her and that time you would regret about your decision of selecting this place.You will have to sign lease agreement with all bad clauses and when you violate those for some unfortunate reasons they will give you their mind .I had to pay them 2 months rent which i got as a special for one time delay of rent for 2 days.They did not listen to any valid reasons I had.You will be tempted to go for this place for its external beauty and the neighborhood.Even for regular maintenance you will have to call them so many times.They are bad professionals.Please read other reviews and decide.
