I have been a resident here for over a year now and have recently renewed my lease (despite the fact that heat has to be paid by me now onwards).
Most of the negative comments left here seem to be from non-residents/residents of neighbouring apartments. only such people can comment negatively. I never had any problem with the maintenance etc. Whenever requested, maintenance was quick and appropriate in response.
The other 'category' of people that's complaining here - is the one that seems to have financial issues and such people don't look like in a habit of paying at the agreed time. When I signed my lease I was clearly told that if I do not pay rent by 3rd, all the specials will be withdrawn and I would have to retrogressively pay any money that I saved through the move-in specials.
All this was told in clear english and even now if someone has problems with this, seriously its person's own problem rather than the management.
You ought to think about scheduling your monthly rent right like how you plan payment of credit card. Otherwise you know what happens !!! (By the way - a question for people leaving negative comments here - do you own a credit card OR do you know how the credit scoring works' I doubt you do !!!!!)

Those having issues with the apartments, management - I dare you to leave your contact number here and let's see if you are genuine. I REALLY suspect the intentions of those who are writing bad comments here to bring down the ratings of these apartments.

I am currently a resident and am extremely unhappy with Waynewood apartments management and maintenance. Whenever requested, maintenance was neither quick or appropriate in response. We have had to have them return several times to fix the same problems. Not only that, but we've also had to have a building inspector come out to look at our apartment, and assess these problems in order to get them properly fixed, and there are still existing problems that have never been addressed. However, earlier in the year I referred a member of my family here, for which I have never received my 100 dollars for the referral. She seems to love it as well. She has never had a problem with maintenance, but doesn't seem very fond of the leasing lady. Perhaps they enjoy taking advantage of a younger, inexperienced couple with a baby on the way rather than ignoring requested repairs from an older woman.
