I love staying in wayne wood apartments. The located is so great, in the summer time you can walk anywhere that you need to go for shopping. Which is nice with the growing gas prices not to have to drive my SUV for a gallon of milk. It is also near a few places to hangout, pool halls, bowling alleys. My friends come over and we walk were we want to go. The rent is reasonable and everytime I have called maintenance they have showed up and fixed the problem. This is my second lease term and I look forward to another year.
