Can't beat the price. However, don't let that get you in. Staff is extremely nice and want to help in anyway possible, the problem is that their is only so much they can do in certain situations. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner. However maintenance is always needed due to zero updates throughout the apartment. They are finally putting new windows in but the doors, cabinets, and bathrooms are all extremely outdated. Washer and dryer are in basement but are so old they are pointless to use.

Parking is an absolute disaster. Each aparment is given one spot, no many how many bedrooms. Also note that the spot is not always close to your apartment. People park in your spot all the time and the open spots (very few) are always taken.

Noise in the community is ridiculous, especially if you are in the back by the two bedrooms. I don't know that any of the kids in the neighborhood have parents. They are out fighting, yelling, and swearing from the time school gets out until 10 at night. Not to mention they are extremely rude. Kids running through hallways chasing each other.
