I lived here for a few months. While the apartment was large, the single AC unit didn't cool the whole apartment (when it actually worked at all). Managment was pleasant, but maintanence was slow. My child was ill in the summer & needed to stay cool, but with the AC not working, she just got sicker. Finally, after almost a week in 90 weather, we got an AC that was for a 1 bedroom apartment. It barely cooled the living room! Overall, this is a nice place, but, I wouldn't live there again.
