When you get a tour of the place, management takes you to a model unit that looks nothing like the apartment you're moved into. I absolutely hated the 70's-style dark cabinets and the bathroom. Still it's a decent place if you have a decorator's touch. I noticed a roach and let management know. I have to say they were quick to get an exterminator in and I never noticed another roach for the duration of my stay. The sound insulation is horrible and you can hear conversations of your neighbors. Once I got a nasty letter from the property management company in red ink about $5.00 whole dollars I was short. It turned to be their mistake. Still by the tone of the letter you would've thought you owed $500 instead of $5. The managers at the time (a husband and wife) could be very snobby and condescending and you could tell they didn't care for people of color living there. I can't say my stay was the worst but I wouldn't move back there nor would I recommend it to others.
