I MOVED INTO THESE APARTMENTS IN AUG 06 AND I LOVE IT. THE LOCATION IS GREAT FOR SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT. YOU CAN FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED WITHIN MINUTES OF THE APT COMMUNITY. MOST OF THE POPULAR SHOPPING CENTERS ARE THE SCHOOLS ARE AWESOME! THE STAFF IS HELPFUL. I WILL RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE. LOWEST RENT I HAVE EVEN SEEN AROUND THIS PLACE. DEFINITELY WORTH YOUR MONEY.
Pros:
- large living room and spacious bedrooms
- more than seven closets (incl. walk-in closet in master bedroom)
- big kitchen
- kichen not visible from drawing room.
- big bathroom which I never seen in any apartment complex nearby.
- good view (if your room faces the lawn)
- heat(natural gas) and water is free
- neighbours are usually quiet and friendly.
- good management of the complex properties
- convenient location (close to shopping mall and movie theater)
- sufficient set of washer/dryer available
- normally electicity bill is very less as water is heated by natural gas.
- Management very helpful.
Cons:
- Looks very old apartment complex from outside.
- The air conditioner is not so effective during very hot days in summer.
- No dishwasher in the apartment.
