The management and office staff here are the rudest and incompetent group of people I have ever had the displeasure of being associated with. They ignore company policy on a daily basis, but choose when to throw it in the faces of renters. They are disorganized and lack integrity. I would never have lived here had I known it was this inefficiently run.
