I miss the old staff, all of a sudden there was a huge change in staff with no warning, no introduction to who they were. Not only that but they are rude and act like the residents owe them something. The maintainance is ok. Al is REALLY helpful and nice. Parking sucks, the neighbors seem to think it's ok to park in front of your door instead of in their carports or their door. They also think it's okay to stomp up and down the stairs late at night. Beach is nice, I like when the DJ's come out and play music. I would recommend living here only b/c the apartments are pretty decent.
