I moved in about a month ago and everything has been top-notch. The leasing consultant was very nice and even stayed later than she was planning one day because I had gotten there late. The lease signing was smooth and pressure free (although I was probably a bit more motivated than the average renter).

I had some minor issues when I moved in, but I turned in the move-in checklist and they immediately put together a work order to fix the issues.

These apartments are a must-consider if the area works for you. I love the layout and the fact that the community is not huge. Free boat storage and private beach area is fantastic. The price is unbeatable for the quality and amenities.

Some side notes (largely should not reflect on the apartment itself):
-- Cell signal for T-Mobile is good in my apartment (three bars average), but I have had some issues with callers saying I'm cutting out and dropped calls.
-- My cable internet installation went smooth, but stopped working almost immediately after the tech left. This is due to the quality of the cable company's wiring not providing a strong enough signal for sustained usage (have a tech coming out this week).
