I have lived at Harbor Cove for two and half years now and am very pleased. The residents here are very friendly and quite,although there are a few no matter where you live that are not. The apartments are very nice and well kept. If you have a problem with your washer, dryer, hot water,etc.(which I have had some problems) the maintenance guys are on call 24/7 and are very good at responding to your needs and fixing them in a timely manner. The office staff I find very efficient and friendly always there to help with your needs. We have a very nice private beach with beach house that is very well kept. I would highly recommend Harbor Cove to anyone who is looking to rent it really is a nice place to live. Sara B.
