Best apartment I have ever had. I have been here for almost 3 years. The grounds are beautiful. Management is great. Apartments with spacious floorplans. Any problems are fixed within 1-2days - emergencies are handled immediately. Private beach access for residents - great for fishing/swimming/BBQ. The lake is beautiful. Neighbors overall are very quiet. Assigned covered parking for one car. 15min to University of Michigan Hospital/Campus. Only drawback is if you have a second car you may have to park around the corner of the building at night because spots in front fill up.
