The quality is slowly deteriorating as time passes.
Parking can be an issue if you do not pay for a parking space, which is roughly an extra $20 per month. The noise level, depending on your neighbors, can be annoying. Unfortunately, the noise level where I live is pathetic and oftentimes to the point where I just want to leave. The overall appearance is decent, except for the garbage dumpsters, which seem to fill up over night and at times the extra garbage ends up on the ground. I used to feel safe in the community, but after I witnessed an intoxicated jerk bust through a neighbor's screen door, that has changed.
Overall, it's not as bad as it could be, but I would like to see what the place will be like in five years; I hope it doesn't continue to go down hill.
