I have been here approximately 2 years and WILL NOT be renewing my lease due to numerous problems. This property has gone downhill drastically since moving in, not only with management owners and on-site staff, but with the residents they are allowing to live here too. There is constant trash overflowing the garbage bins and litter all over the grounds even though trash is collected three times a week. The residents do not clean up after their pets and unsupervised children have been witnessed playing with the animal waste on multiple occasions throughout the entire complex. Residents have parties at all hours of the day and night which can be heard from other buildings. Even if you park your car in a carport, it could still get hit with various sports items that residents use to play with by the vehicles with total disregard to others property. Additionally, the police are called out on a consistent basis daily somewhere in the property, so safety is an issue.
