Moved here a year ago and the property manager was very nice and helpful. The new property manager is very Rude. She is rarely in the office and not very pleasent when she is in.

I agree completely! Having lived there with the previous property manager and the new one, I wish the old one was back. The new manager has no idea how to do her job and has admitted it to me on various occasions when presented with problems!

I agree completely too! The staff when I moved in was great! They were very nice and helpful, even crawled around the apartment with me helping me measure walls and windows and so forth. New management wasn't nearly as available and did not keep to the office hours that supposedly stayed the same which caused headaches when needing to pick up a package or turn in paperwork. I'd had plans to move before the management change and was only on a month to month lease, but was grateful I hadn't signed on for another year. A real shame as the apartments themselves were quite nice and a fair price for what you got. Maintenance was usually pretty helpful too, though I never needed any major repairs. I think those guys stayed the same, but I'm not sure.
