I think there was a change in management, or something, b/c I haven't had any of those problems mentioned in some of the older posts. I moved in last year and everything has been fine so far. My apartment was clean when I moved in, and the lady in the office was very nice. I like being closer to my job in Ann Arbor and this is my 1st place with my own washer and dryer. The complex is pretty decent, the other people are fine.
