I moved into Westbrook in January 2006 and just signed on for another year. I would not be honest if I didnt say that there is a big change in the property since I moved in. Not that the property was bad or anything like that but there were a lot of staff changes years ago that made communication difficult at times. The new staff seems to be permanent and has lasted longer than any of the others and its clear why. Something about being treated as a home owner and not just a renter that made me want to stay. I've had the pleasure of complimentary carpet cleanings the last 2 years when I signed my new lease, the property is always clean and anytime I called the office with an issue they always respond right away. Cant beat the price for this area. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place.
