Nice apartments. Management is TERRIBLE!!! Never around when needed, Always rude when dealing with management about anything!

Please accept this response as a follow up to the initial post regarding your experience w/Westbrook Apartments. Please allow us to apologize for any unpleasant experience you may have had at Westbrook Apartments. Our management team prides itself on providing excellent customer service and being available to our residents during the business day as well as after-hours to address any urgent matters. Our goal is to always ensure that the needs of our residents are met, while providing a pleasant living environment. On occasion, there are times when employees must address unpleasant matters that may not result in a continuous stellar relationship with a resident, although this is always our goal. For instance, while being friendly & accommodating employees must also ensure that rents are paid, any complaints and/or violations are addressed, and on rare occasion proceed with resident evictions if/when necessary. As none of these matters are desirable, they are an unfortunate reality at times. We warmly invite residents, past or present, that have any concerns regarding the service they received, to contact the community office at (734) 449-4213 or feel free to visit our property website at www.westbrookwhitmorelake.com and upper management will be glad to promptly address your concern in a timely fashion.
