this place seemed fine at first. my wife and i love the layout of the apt itself (it remains to be its only saving grace thusfar) however, the neighbors are a little sketchy, there are problems with sufficient parking, not being informed of arriving packages, neighbors leaving trash and beer bottles outside their apartments,loud parties (yes even yard parties!)..we are still trying to figure out who actually is in charge of the place. we should?ve known there was going to be trouble when there was no deposit required. We WILL NOT be renewing our lease.
