The parking is really bad, but the one covered spot you are allowed helps out. The layout of the apt is great! I love the ceilings. You can tell there is some shoddy craftsmanship though, especially the way the vents are super crooked and the nail holes are still visible. We lucked out and don't live next to anyone scary, so we don't have to deal with a lot of noise. Overall, the office has been helpful with any issues we've had.
