It's been a decent 4 years for me

I moved in just shy of four years ago, and really haven't had any major issues. The grounds are kept clean, the lot is plowed and salted promptly after snow, and the current on-site Manager Robert, seems to be doing a good job.
I've not really had any service issues, so I can't comment on that. The units appear to be decently constructed, but I do get too much noise from upstairs tenants on occasion. Maybe I'm expecting too much, I don't know, but it has gotten tiring at times. My only other complaint is the lack of parking. As others have stated, each apt. is given 2 spots - one covered carport and one other open space. Good luck finding a space remotely close to your own apartment, if you have two cars, let alone overflow parking for guests. My guess is that some tenants have 3 or more cars around at any given time, from guests or whoever. It's a major point for me, and along with a long commute I know have, would be why I won't release come springtime.

Hi, I used to live at Whitmore Lake apartments a few years back. My wife and I really liked it there except for the large number of white trash people that live around Whitmore Lake. We actually had to call the police more than once because the neighbors were shooting their guns in the backyard! Other than that, the place was managed well, the units were very nice and yes, the parking did suck..
