I lived in these apartments for one year. Management was personal and friendly, and remembered my name everytime I went into the office. Grounds were kept fairly nice. In the summer, kids would play in the streets, which was always a bit scary when turning some of those curves in the drive. Maintenance was a little slow at times - I think they only had one person. However, I was very satisified with my apartment. It was private, clean, and looked brand new at move in. I would live there again, and recommend it to others.
