I have lived here for almost a year and have had a relatively great experience. The apt. is pretty good size. The master bedroom is very big with a spacious walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are pretty small. Also, in the winters it gets very cold, the apt. never seems to get warm. But it is nice in the summer. The downfall is the design of the apt. causes sound to carry VERY well. It seems the walls are pretty thin and we can hear everything. We have the back bedroom and we can clearly hear what goes on in the living room. Also, we can hear our upstairs neighbors very well (I think they're just really loud anyway). But the manager is really nice and will help you with anything you need. And others have complained of parking but we've never found parking to be an issue. The furthest we've had to walk is maybe 100 ft. The apt. does come with a washer and dryer, but you can't fit hardly anything into them...but it's still a nice feature.
