I loved pretty much everything about this place. I lived on the second floor in a 2 bedroom apt., so I had cathedral ceilings which really made the place seem a lot bigger. I loved how the kitchen, dining room and living room were all open and airy, so it was really nice to have people over. I rarely had anything that needed to be fixed and when I did, they were quick to fix it!

The maintenance man Dave was very nice, and returned my purse that I dropped in the parking lot - completely in tact, and Robert the property manager called me at work to let me know they found it. Robert was always very friendly and helpful in general.

The location is wonderful, I loved going for a run or bike ride around the lake, and playing volleyball with friends. I always felt safe at night there.

I don't recall ever hearing anything through the walls or being kept up by neighbors. I think only once in a while I would hear a car alarm or alarm clock (but that happens.)

Plus, they include a gym membership to Powerhouse in Brighton when you move in. I only moved to be closer to work, and I miss it!!! I highly recommend this place!
