Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
this place is def. worth the money you pay. Many pluses : w/d in unit, heat is paied for, so you only worry about electric bill. The bathroom is on the older side, and if you can get the apartment with new carpeting.. otherwise, the maintainance is veru prompt. Overall i was a happy camper
