You really can't get your gas bill paid at any apartment complex anymore these days. Living here we only have to pay for our electric bill, which by the way is only about $20-$60 a month depending on the season. My old apartment, we had to pay gas AND electric and together were $80-$175 per month! Yikes! I love the fact my bedroom faces the parking lot and my sliding glass door faces a pond. In our last apartment, we had one window in the living room and one in the bedroom and they both looked at the same lame view of the parking lot. LOVE that it's a somewhat small complex. Rarely (I mean very rarely) ever hear noise. People are just more courteous. Again, our last apartment, there were like 50 apartments in every building and what seemed like 50 buildings. I keep referencing but I have to say it because, WOW, what a difference. Me and my husband are SO happy here! Good location, pretty and modern on the outside and the inside. I do agree with the last review that a gym would be great and also wish they had more apartments available with full size washer and dryers. They told us that they do offer them but they go fast and there wasn't one open when I moved in. Bummer...but we deal with it since everything else is awesome!!
