First off, the staff there is GREAT! You will never find a more friendly leasing office. They go out of their way to be nice and even send you a birthday card!
The rent is too pricey. $820.00 in this area is a bit too much. My building was over half vacant when I left there, yet the rent keeps going up and up. Most apartments will give you some sort of incentive or deal to re-new your lease....they do not.
As for the residents here, it is going downhill. It is mostly a bunch of 20 something punks who think they are thugs...loud music, loud cars...etc.
Overall the place is not your best choice for the area, but the staff is outstanding! If the rent was a bit less it would be a great deal!
