i have been here for 6 months now and i am not happy at all... there are too many punk kids like 10-15 year olds that mess with everything. people speed through the place all the time with no respect to others... we had mold in our apartment and they were very slow to correct the problem. there are vehicles that have been sitting for over a month, there was a camper set up for a week... people just do whatever they want here and management doesnt seem to care. neighbor and his friends take all the close parking spots so we get stuck parking far away where i cant see my vehicle

i have been here for two years and i have not yet meet any kids that mess with any of my things people do drive a little fast but the staff is watch out for them .and for the mangement you could not ask for nicer people to get the work done they do get get the wor done in one day this is a nice place to live
