I never moved into this complex for very legitimate reasons. After I was told 3 different prices and saw my apartment, the staff told me they would fix a couple of things in my apartment. After I signed the lease, they said they never told me any of those things. I asked to get out of my lease (two days after signing) and they sent me a letter charging me almost two thousand dollars. I found out shortly after that they are government regulated for lower income people and I earn twice as much income and I do not even qualfy to live there. Meadowood did not ask me this before and should have took better information from me. They are liars, cheaters, and the apartment they showed me was a dump. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and I am glad to be away from such trashy people and a trashy community.

Little one, you are so far off your rocker! I have lived here for 4 years and I have never had a problem. When I first moved in I was quoated 1 price and only 1 price. I was never told 3 different prices unless you were changing things. First you are given the price of the apartment. Then you are given an OPTION to add a washer & dryer for a small price. Then you are given option to have cable at a set price then the total. Get real and smell the coffee just becaust you are such a total nincompoop. You have no idea of what you are saying.

i can not belive you can say that i live here 2years and not yet have i had a problem and when i move in they gave me an opion to if i whated a washer or dryer and they was one price to its sad people like you have to lie like that but there are people like that we have to over look it

I have been extremely happy living here. I know when we were quoted a price, it was one and one price only. Not only that they did extremely thourough background checks on us because they don't allow criminals in their establishment and it specifically says that if you break your lease you will owe them every penny of rent for the entirety of the lease. It's obvious why you left your response anonymous-you don't want anyone knowing what your name is spreading lies about this apartment complex.

I have lived here for one year now and moved in a few weeks after you wrote "your" story. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also quoted me one price only. If you think this is a dump then you are out of your mind. The main reason I chose these apartments was because of the cleanliness. Not to mention, people always comment on how nice and clean it is here when they come to visit. You are entitled to your opinion, but I happen to have searched for apartments for quite some time before moving here. You should see some of the dumps they have that cost more money,out of date, and dirty in Northville and Novi! Now if you want to see what a dump is go look at some of those apartments and this will look like a palace to you.
