1) Don't move into an apartment until everything is fixed. Once you move in-you have nothing to hold against an apartment community if they don't fix it. 2) You should know better than to try to move into an apartment without having to show income-and knowing the leasing agents, I doubt for one second that they didn't tell you their minimum and maximum income requirements. They say it ever person who walks in their door. 3) Prices change all the time, this is why you read your application and read your lease before signing-you should know how much you are paying. 4) You should read your lease before signing because then you would know that you can't just ask to get out of your lease after 2 days. You moron, you just a legal binding document. What do you think is going to happen' You owe them rent now! Big suprise. 5) This propety is not for low income housing people. It's a section 42 meaning it's for moderate income people. Believe me, a real low-income place is much more slummy. This property is a picnic compared to a real low-income property. Obviously this property has some problems-they let an idiot like you move in. Learn to read and get a clue.

Great I was thinking about moving here and this is obviously someone who either works or runs the place figuring they know so much about it (hint hint). Just reading this tells me that moving here would not be a wise decision. Thank you very much.
