I've been here for almost a year and unfortunately have to move closer to where I go to school because the commute is too long. I had some weird problems when I moved in but everything was fixed the same day, sometimes with in the hour I reported it! I've lived in a lot of apartments and I've never been treated so well by the staff or had things fixed so fast. The only thing I didn't like was the woman who lives below me who is crazy but you can't really help that. The women in the office are awesome! They've helped me even with things like directions and recomendations of food places and doctors. If you pay your rent early you are entered for $50 off your rent which I actually got one month. There's a washer and dryer which are brand new in my apt. The bedroom is HUGE, and so is the bathroom. I live in the building closest to Grand River and I never hear any traffic.
I've lived all over the US and this is by far the best place I've lived. I highly recomend it to anyone. My rent listed includes water, basic cable, washer/dryer, and rent for 2 cats.

I think this place sucked! I could not wait to move out!!! I to have lived in a few apartments, and by far this was the worst.Yes the people in the office are great, but that is the only thing this place has going for them,The pool is so small 15 people are too many for this pool. I too lived closest to Grand River and the noise is terrible! not only did I hear the traffic on Grand River(the millions of semi's) but I also could hear the rumble of 96.There is nothing to do around there it's all buisnesses. I now live in a larger apartment,with a huge pool close by.Washer and dryer in my unit.all my appliances are new.washer,dryer,dishwasher,AC,fridge,s a huge master bedroom with attached bath.It is sooo quiet the only thing I can hear now are the birds, I have a beautiful park behind me, I am within walking distance to beautiful downtown Plymouth all for $95 less a month and I do not pay for my heat or basic cable. There is so much I can do around here I just love it! looking now to buy a house soon here in Plymouth.Goodbye apartment living!!!!!

There's a ton to do in Novi which is only 5 mins away. Bars, shopping, movies, theater, glow in the dark putt put. I have something different to do everyday.
