I HAVE LIVED AT THE APARTMENTS SINCE JUNE OF 2006.

OVERALL I GIVE IT AN HONEST RATING OF 85%.

THE REASON WHY IT LACKS 15% IS DUE IN PART TO THE HIGH RENT COST.

NOT TO MENTION WASHER AND DRYER AND CABLE WOULD COST YOU AN ADDITIONAL 80 PER MONTH.

HOWEVER THEY DUE TAKE SECTION 8 VOUCHERS WHICH ARE A PLUS!! AND THE COMPLEX IS SEPARTED BY ONE, TWO, AND THREE BEDROOM UNITS (I LIVED ON THE 1 BEDROOM SIDE)I DID HAVE ONE FIELD MOUSE BUT I CALLED MAINTANCE AT 2:30 IN THE MORNING AND THEY CAME RIGHT OVER AND CAUGHT IT FOR ME!! NO ROACHES BUT A FEW ANT PROBLEMS.

SAFE PLACE SO FAR NO INCIDIENTS....

BUT BEAUTIFUL JOB OF KEEPING THE APARTMENT UP AND DOING GOOD BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECKS!!! STAFF IS GREAT AND LINDA IS THE BEST APARTMENT MANAGER EVER!!!!!
