I have lived here for about 4 years now. This place sucks. It seems nice and pleasant when you first move in, but that is just a smoke screen. management conducts random searches of your apartment monthly. Just to search through your stuff and be nosey I guess. Apartment break-ins are becoming very common. Car vandalization is now becoming the norm. If you happen to swear in public in front of management, or "the ----'s" as I call them. It's a hundred dollar fine. Kids that ride thier bikes in the street, a hundred dollar fine. They even took the basketball court away from the kids last summer cause one dropped the F bomb, AND gave all thier parents 100 dollar fine. have a broken blind' 100 dollar fine. Park over the curb in winter' 100 dollar fine. If you want to feel like you live in ---- germany, then this is the place to be. And it's way over priced!!!!

Random searches cause they're nosey? Break ins? Management ----'s? LOL!!!!! I've been here for almost 4 years and this whole review is BS. You are probably one of the people who was fined lol! If you supevised your kids and taught them how to be respectful, you probably wouldn't have been fined! This place has rules!!! Which is a good thing! I've never even heard of them doing random searches- and why would they do that? lol! I haven't heard of anyone here having their place broke into! It was probably one of your kids hoodlum friends who broke into your place! Vandalism-- You must got some bad karma or something lol! They didnt fine me for a broken blind- they just asked me to replace it- they want the place to look nice- not all run down and ghetto- they have pride in where they live and want to make sure it stays kept up! Why are your kids dropping f bombs on the basketball court? Quit complaining about the rules and go teach your kids some manners! I like living here because there are rules! Go back to detroit or where ever you came from!

I have lived at Meadowood park for about 5 years and I have not experience any of the things you are speaking of. I have a teenager and a younger child. Some of the kids that live here can be very out of control so, there are rules. I don't know why you didn't get along here but, in my opinion you must have deserved whatever happened with you. The people in the office are great and so are most of the people who live here. You must have been one of the people that nobody wanted to live by. I agree with the last response. I will admit that there are some places that are considerably worse than here but your comments are true. Any tenant of this complex that disagrees with random inspections oviously does not live here or works for the company and wants to defend the place. Yes the place has "rules" but rarely have enforcements. Living on the lower lever will be a nightmare.
