Basically, this place is cheap and a decent place to live if you don't have a lot of money to spare. There are no functioning lights in my parking lot (which would be nice to have since some guy jumped out of the trees one night and followed me to my building) The office staff and maintenance staff have been pleasant, snow removal is prompt but don't believe the "24 hour maintainance" they advertise. I called at 8:00 one night because my heater wasn't working and I was told that it would "cost too much" to have someone come out and fix it right then - I had to wait until the next morning.
