The grounds are kept up nicely and the area is great but maintenance, although stated as "24-hour" is not as such. I have had numerous problems with my a/c unit and bathroom and it just seems as if they will only come out right away if it is convienient for them. Also, my brand new car was hit in the parking lot when someone backed out and no one left any note so apparently it is my job to fix it. Other than that my stay has been decent.
