My apartment is nice and I have good neighbors. The only complaint I've ever had is with the ladies in the front office. My trouble started when I recommended a freind to the apartment. I was supposed to get money off my rent. It's been over 3 months since I moved in and I still haven't gotten my money back. Every time I go and talk to them I get a different excuse and am reffered to someone else who is supposted to take care of it. It leads me to beleive that getting my deposit back will take just as much work.

I have to really agree with you... They are just rude... I also have problems with those b****es...LOL They have been like that since the beginning... They suck... The only reason I stayed there for a year is because of my contract... I will never ever recommend them to anyone, not even my enemies... Especially that Kisha girl... She is so rude... The manager asistant is a liar!

Well I have to disagree about the girls at the desk and depending on which asst. manager your talking about. Now the Manager whats her name Kristen? She is a flat out rude and lying you know what!!!!! From what I can see she sits in her office doing nothing and letting the staff do what ever they please NO SUPERVISION thats what I could see. When I first moved here in 2004 the manager and asst manager had it right (Stan & Allyson perfect!!!) Kristen will lie to your face and then deny it to her wimp of a boss. I would never move back there as long as Kristen is there get a new manager that will do the job I say go for it.

I agree about Kristen. I hate her with a passion! I used to work for her and not only does she lie and is very rude to residents, but she is the same way with her employees. Any company that knows this and still keeps a "person" like this working for them, what does that say about the company!!!! I hated, and still do, HATE HER!!!!!! I'm sorry for all you residents that had to put up with her. I'm more sorry that she was so rude to you and lied to you. Just know.... It's not just residents she's like that to.

Everything bad you read about Kristen is true big time. The only reason she s still there is she is good at doing the Monica Lewinskie to the property manager, is his name Bill? As long as Kristen is anywhere around Stoneridge, I will never live there again nor will I ever recommend it to anybody else. Get rid of her and things at Stoneridge will be as good as other places.

From what I hear Kristin is gone!!! been forced to quit due to causing thousands of dollars in losses to the company. I have to say she got rid of some great employees while she was there, if the company was smart they would look these employees up and offer them their jobs back!!!
