Overall I do not have any major complaints about the Stone Ridge. I like the apartment layout. The winter is kind of cold they could use some new windows for better insulation. Every winter we have to use plastic to cover our windows. The price is ok cosidering the same type of apartment in Farm Hills Southfield etc. would be approx 200 -300 more a month. It would be nice if the office staff would be a litte more knowledgeable of the rules and their policies. You would think that they do not work for the same company. I do not blame them I blame Edward Rose & Sons for not providing an adequate amount of training. Being a leasing consultant is a hard job but you must hire the right kind of people that are able to handle stress it takes a lot to deal with the public. For some reason the people fail to realize that they are renting. To live here is an option and if it is that bad then buy your own house and you will not have to conform to any rules. I realize that everyone will never be satisfied. If all of the apartments had new equipment new carpet maintenance came the same day that a request was put in and the office staff smiled and did everyhing pronto there would always be someone to complain. I am just thankful that God granted me a place to live and I am going to work and pray that one day I will be in a positon to purchase my own home.

I don't agree with everything you have to say and I know people would complain even if service was perfect but it was much less than adequate most of the time. I also had to put plastic and insulation on my window in the winter. nothing like a breeze from your locked window on a cold day!
