I have lived in stoneridge for 3 years now and most of the time things have been fine as long as you didn't need anything. The people at the office are horrible especially the one black girl. Hopefully I met her on a bad day or something because I would hate to think that kind of customer service is normal. Maintenence is also horrible. I lived on a bottom floor and had my apartment flood in one corner about a year and a half ago. They came in three days later to clean it up. The entire apartment always smelled like mold. They primered the wall that was covered in mold and never came back to actually put a final coat of paint on it. Since the drywall got wet and they used nails instead of screws they are all popping out. The ants and spiders are horrible! They will also try and screw you and charge you for fixing things. Like it's my fault my shower leaked and they had to replace a piece of drywall because they didn't use sheet rock in the bathroom like you are supposed to. But it's on par with the total lack of quality that goes into the rest of the apartment. Rent went up every renewal and it's now cheaper to get a much larger 2 bedroom somewhere else than it is to live in a small 1 bedroom here. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!

Don't forget the street lights that never work right and of course the 'pool' that is only 4ft deep and about 25ft in diameter. I mnoved on down that road and now have a nicer apartment for less. Thank god I don't have to see any of those office people anymore. Oh yeah I had the same experience with the black girl at the front desk. What a horribly mean woman!

i've been here for 3 years and the management has changed so much. hopefully for the better now that the old manager is gone. the staff is much better than it was before. no way??!! there's a new "black" girl in there and she's always been awesome.
