First floor apartment, moved in on "special". They raise the rates every renewal and are very rude in the office. I am a great tenant and never had any problems but they are very rude anyway. Had problem with water leaking through the ceiling and walls, maintance slow to respond. maintance would enter when I was out and not tell me they were there or why. Constant problems with insects and spiders. Apartment always smelled do to wet carpet caused by leaks. They also water the lawns with water from the ponds so it always smells like fish during and after watering. No wonder my apartment smelled with that going into the unit.
