Bees in Wall!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
There are bees in my wall and nobody seems to care about it. I open my window and bees fly in. Called maintenance 5 days ago, still waiting for someone to come by....24 hour maintenance is B.S.!
