this was a cool place.it was very quiet where I was at... And that was building 39... This place is cool if you low on money..... But I had to go cuz I wanted a dishwasher and washer dryer since I make more money now...

the village was low rent and served my needs. but if you need to do a buyout to get out of your lease beware. the office people will draw up the papers but the main office will not let you out of your lease. we were told we needed to pay the remaining rent at the end of our lease but were called by the office (wanda) 30 days before our lease was up and said we had to pay, when we reminded her it wasn't due yet she said oh your right. we found out later that the apartment had been rented already for the past two weeks, meaning we didn't owe her near as much as what she was asking for. we received a bill on thursday and mailed it out on tuesday of the following week and in that time they turned us into collection. so before you rent here i say talk to wanda and see how much grief you will get when you have to move out early. they have the buyout which should cost you about 15 per month but we ended up paying almost 300 dollars and the harassment was ongoing for almost 6 weeks. beware of wanda and the office people seem helpful but do not know policy and can not help you after wanda becomes involved.
