My husband and I have lived here since April of 2008. This is a great place to live. Quiet,plenty of parking,pets allowed at a low price. They are a little short handed in the maintenance department but we have not had any real problums. I am currently waiting for a two bedroom to become available. We will be here for a long time.

Oh, ok. I see that you did the rating now, and that makes more sense. I guess that if you don't fill out the specific categories, it just comes up average.
