Of course everyneighbor hood as thier share of problems. You cannot complain about management and or maientence. They do thier best to handle situations. They are not the ones who make the rules about section 8 or low income housing. Give them a break. The maientence is terriffic, and they do thier best to keep the property looking good!

The maintence men are good they try with what there workin with but the mangements sucks d**** The manager is black thats why he approves all these ghetto black people to live here. Im not racist but damn this is not Detroit !
